Making A Purchase
You can order items from this web site, or by phoning us, or by faxing or posting a purchase order to us.
We accept credit/debit card payment. We will charge your card in pounds sterling. Your card company will translate this into your card's currency at prevailing exchange rates.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. All credit card details are kept securely.
Shipping And Handling
We generally send out items via the postal service or Parcelforce.
Shipping charges usually vary from 2 pounds to 15 pounds depending on the weight of your order.
For international orders, we may choose to use a well-known international courier such as UPS, especially to countries where the postal service is known to be insecure or unreliable.
For larger international orders, be aware that we will have to get accurate pricing from UPS for shipping your order, and this may differ from the price automatically charged by the web site. In this case, we will always contact you to let you know what the costs and shipping options are before we charge your credit card.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days, although we can not always guarantee this.
If you have a deadline by which you must have the goods, please make this clear at the time of ordering and we will do our best to help you.
If there is a long delay in shipping your order, we will not charge your credit/debit card until we are ready to send your items to you.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Non-UK/EU orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All of the items we sell come with 12 months, "Return To Base" warranty. Obviously this does not include accidental damage or mis-use.
"Return To Base" means that if it's faulty, you have to send or bring it back to us, as opposed to us coming out to you to fix it.
Please contact us before sending items back under warranty, and in any event, include details of who sent the item, what the fault is, and ideally, your invoice number or date of purchase.
